Snap (MindManager Go) on Android won't start

Some days ago I noticed that I can't use snap on my mobile any longer. I used to send ideas and URLs and many more things to my snap queue via my mobile, and would work on them when I was back on my desktop version.


Would you please get the app going again?

HI Panagiotis,

Please try clearing the storage and cache for the MindManager Go App on your Android device and then re-launch the app.

If you continue to see issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Thanks, clearing the storage and cache did help.

Whatever happened in the background causing the issues with the app after Jan 12th, your way how to solve the problem should be published somewhere so that more users learn about that.

Whatever happened in the background causing the issues to occur, your solution should be mentioned somewhere, e.g. the Play Store.
