Provide a facility to adjust the transparency of relationship lines

At the moment there is no option to vary the transparency of relationship lines. Such a facility would be very useful if you are using thick relationship lines in maps with background images.

The proposed ability to vary transparency should be extended to topics and callouts as well. In fact, users should be able to vary fill transparency in all the places where fill colours can be applied.
