When I Publish my map - then copy link to Share, I get "Error - File format is not recognised"

I'm using Edge browser. I select Share - Start New Publish - then Copy Link - when I paste it into a browser or select the link from an email, I get the above error.

I also tried the Embed option but receive the Error [objectProgressEvent] error.

Does anybody know if upgrading to version 23.1.240 will resolve this issue?

Why not simply move to the latest version and check?

I have (had to wait for my work admin team to do it) and it doesn't. Am using a workaround of File > Export > HTML5 Interactive Map > Send the .html file.
