Impossible to connect - license connection issue

According to my last topic, we have secure profiles C1, they pass through proxy and webiso. It works now for them after adding the urls indicated in the architecture documentation.

However we have one user for which it is still impossible to connect.

We have uninstall, reinstall the application, ports are opened as other users.

Do you have an idea ? Do you have the support contact mind manager ?
