Mindmanager cannot display Font Source Sans Pro

What is happening with Mindmanager. Since more than 20 years it functions without trouble. Now it cannot display a font, you cannot change the setting, and the Hotline in Germany is not working.
P.S.: And the American Hotline says that Source Sans Pro is the standard. OMG
