Deactivate and possibly uninstall Mindjet Snap

Hi,

I would like to know if I can deactivate and/or uninstall Mindjet Snap. I strongly suspect that this is the root cause for the fact that Mindjet freezes when used at the same time with Citrix Workspace (which launches protected Apps that prevent screen capturing) it

The MindManager Admin can deactivate Snap in the License Portal
