Adding additional data people in the resource group

I wanted to add role and responsibility to a resource in my project plan. I use the Timeline template for most my project. As the projects are pretty straightforward, but dependency can affet the deliverables
And being clear on the role and responsiblities that people have, I think will help these projects ensure timley delivery
A resource is used in the project plan to calculate effort, duration and costs. I am not aware of assigning an additional role, not even in other programmes. One possibility, for example, is to create a property for the person responsible for a work package and enter the name. Or via tags or symbols
