Bad sync between MM desktop vs. MM Web

I am sorry to say this, but in my opinion MM Web is not working properly on many aspects.

For months I have had a service call because Properties with a higher number than 1 were simply reduced to 1 in published maps. The issue is still unsolved.

Today I discoverd that secure prepared Smart Rules, start- and due dates and efforts in a hour format simply were killed by opening my map in the Web version.

I am wondering if I am the only one with this kind of problems...?
