visualization problems on horizontal scrolling with mouse wheel

I have very bad trailing and/or map not redrawn when I do horizontal scrolling using mouse wheel.
Apparently, no other application is having the same problem.

Machine data:
- Windows 11 64bit
- 16 GB RAM
- Intel i5 8th gen
- Integrated GPU UHD 620 (latest driver)

Problem occurs either with single or double monitor (extended display) and irrispectively from monitor resolution.
