Export to excell

Nothing is happening when I select the export button, regardless the option I'm selecting qucik or custom. Was able to do it a while ago - so can't figure out what the problem is now. Thanks

looking at a video if I select export is not giving me an option specify a file name for the export.

Hi Ria,

Try installing the latest update for MindManager 21 by going to Help>Check for Updates. If that does not resolve the issue, open a case with MindManager Support here -

Thank you, I think I found what the issue is. The export tries to use the first topic box as the name of the export file. If it is too long, the pop-up to select the folder you want to save it to is not displaying. I have changed that and then it works. Something worth looking into and pop-up an error message. Took a couple of hours out of my day figuring that out; :-)
