Option to change launch behaviour

When MindManager 23 is launched, it defaults to the "New" page in the backstage menu (the File tab). I would like an option to change that to either the "Open" page in the File tab, or just straight to the Home tab.

While it doesn't seem possible to default to open at the File tab, there is an option in General options to open a new document on startup which is the equivalent of going to the Home tab.
