While there needs to be stronger vetting of new users and their initial posts on the forum, banning them from asking questions would be self-defeating. The main reason people come to the forum in the first place is to ask questions about how to use MindManager.
As I proposed a few days ago, Alludo/MindManager need to do a lot more to manage spam and scam posts on this forum generally, otherwise it might become unusable: https://community.mindmanager.com/topic/1955-protect-this-forum-against-scams-and-spam-and-improve-its-usability
