Also, it may be worth trying to create a simple map in 22/23 then opening it in 2017. It’s possible that maps which use features added in later versions are the only ones affected. For, example, I’m not sure when SmartRules were first added to MindManager, but I suspect that earlier versions might have difficulties with them.
