From Excel "Send to Mindmanager" produces error

Hello all,
If MindManager is not startet while doing "Send to MindManager" this error pops up
- notice: we had an older version, this was working as expected. When MindManager was not already startet, this procedure did the necessary
Info about MindManager --> all add-ins are activated as designed by default installation

Hi Daniel,
I just did this.
MIndManager vs 23 was not started
I selected a few lines in MS Excel
I clicked the send to MindManager button.
It all worked as expected and actually very fast.
It opened the last mindmap I used and places the new topic to the central topic.
So maybe the bit-versions of MS excel differ from MM?

Have you checked in MM under File>options>addins if excel is ticked?
And are addons allowed under options in excel?

Sometimes... very seldom... System admins make selections at installation time.
They may decide that some steps are not necessary, but this could cause some functions to behave different.
If nothing else works, please do a re-install of the software.
