Mind Manager has locked me out. Help please!

It says, "This license key has already been used the maximum number of times." But I entered only one time. I am locked out. Can anyone help me?

Hi Scott,

You do not need to enter your license key again. Try singing into the application with your email address and password. If you continue to see errors, contact our support team here -
