We are a small firm, with limited personnel and other resources. Having resource data (cost, availability, etc) stored in a central location and accessed by all projects would be a time saver. Example: an employee receives a raise. Their cost as a resource has now increased. The increase would automatically reflect across all open projects. Project maps would probably need a status property so that closed projects would not be updated.

MindManager is not database, but you can use the interfaces to SharePoint online.
With the MS app Lists you can add, synch and update info's from every team member in the company. We did similar projects with our clients 😀
btw. the MS Project Server supports central stored project info's, but this and costs 5-10 times more than MindManager 😉
