When I try to save to dropbox, I get sent to a page which toggles between Create an account in dropbox and Sign In to Dropbox.

You need to sign into your Dropbox account before you can save to it. Do you have a dropbox account?

Also, if you do have a Dropbox account which you sync to your computer, you can simply save the file in the local synced folder.
