View by Topic Property

To follow on from Nick's idea to add view by fill colour, I'd like to propose adding a facility to view by topic property.
This would work in a similar way to the current views available, in particular Tag View, There would be numerous uses for this and it would be a great way to make topic property information much more accessible and useful.
