Does anyone have a template for a RASCI/RACI matrix?

The presenter of the French version of the recent "Planning tasks and managing projects with MindManager Part 1" webinar briefly showed one during the question period. Would anyone have a template for such an analysis?
A RACI or RASCI grid is just a table, so you could create one by inserting a table object at Insert > Smart Shapes > Table > choose initial size. If you want more columns or rows, right-click on the table and click "Format object". You can also select cells and set the fill colour from the Format menu. Once you have the table the right size, right-click on the border and click "Lock" so that it is easier to put topics in it without selecting the table itself.
In addition to RACI and RASCI, also consider the AAI framework, which has fewer roles.
