Ich möchte eine Excel-Tabelle mit Organisationsdaten importieren und als Organigramm mit mehreren Hierarchieebenen darstellen lassen. Weil meine Excel-Datei wohl nicht richtig strukturiert ist, werden ein Vielzahl von leeren Strukturen erzeugt.
It's hard to say what the problem is without seeing an example, but you have probably already diagnosed a major issue yourself when you say that the Excel file may not be structured correctly.
This is partly because the Excel Data Mapper is not really well designed for importing organisation charts, which usually feature a large number of empty spaces because (naturally) you usually don't repeat the position titles. However, that's actually what you need to do to make the import facility work properly,
Have a look at the Layout section of the MindManager Export dialogue to get an idea of how to lay out the table. There you have two choices (in English) "Outline" and "Pivot". You need to structure the spreadsheet you want to import to be like the pivot option, though even then you are likely to get some empty spaces.

danke für Deine schnelle Rückmeldung. Ich könnte die leeren Felder in Excel mit einem Zeichen, z.B. "X" füllen, im MindManager dann darauf filtern und diese dann löschen. Ich probiere es mal aus und schreibe die Antwort in diesen Chat.
