Copy topic styles

Hi,

Is there a way to copy the topic styles from one map to another o save them like we do with the marker lists?

You could use the Theme editor in Design and Layout tabs.
That allows you to use the style per map or per (sub) topic level

Play around with it a bit, it can do more for you than you might expect

But This doesn't allow to copy the styles to other maps no?

Yes, it does, since it is a Theme it goes for every sub-map you want to use it.

Again...

Play around with it a bit, it can do more for you than you might expect

Hi Cleo,

it's not possible to copy topic styles 😥

work around:

  1. save your map with the topic styles as template
  2. start a new map with the new template

Disadvantage: Topic Styles would updated in old maps, if they're update in the template

It's a pity that Topic Styles are not kept in the library alongside marker lists. map parts and so on.

Hi,

Save the map as template is what I do normally, but I'm always doing changes to the styles and then this system doesn't work anymore,
