The export function "HTM5-Map" has no functionality

The export function "HTM5-Map" has no function. The export did not generate an HTML file and the MindManager application was even closed!
I've never had this effect before. Does anyone know the cause?

Sometime its happen when I have too much programms open, then restart the PC and it works.
