MindManager Reader App for SharePoint

Ist the Mindmanager Reader App for SharePoint really only available for Enterprise Accounts. And is it the same as the SharePoint linker? Because the linker is available for Professional and Enterprise, but I can't find the download for the Reader App.

Mindmanager Reader App for SharePoint is available just for Entreprise Account,It helps you to read mindmanager file on sharepoint.
However sharepoint linker help you to send request to Sharepoint to retrieve tasks,documents,lists and add it to yours maps.
