Why won't my .mmp open?

I just started with MindManager, and I see it in MyFiles on the browser experience, but it won't open.

I also saved it locally, but it won't open if I don't have the application, and I don't have a licensed account yet. How do I keep working on my file?

Please try first to log out and back in.

I do see you have an active trial so you should have no issue with opening and editing your file. During your trial, you're also eligible to try the Desktop software for Windows and Mac if you prefer to open the locally saved file.
