There are no keyboard shortcuts for the internal browser.
If you will like your links to open in the default browser or in the default application, you can uncheck 'Use Built-in Browser for Links' on the Home tab in the ribbon -
You can also do the same for Attachments -

If you will like your links to open in the default browser or in the default application, you can uncheck 'Use Built-in Browser for Links' on the Home tab in the ribbon -
Once in the internal browser, you can set this to open outside MindManager with the button far right on top of the internal browser screen.
Or...
You go to File > Options > Addins> and remove the tick at the Browser addin
