Problems with Mindmanager Pro for Individuals and Teams

Difficulty with customer support. Our Pro account ($179) has been changed to an individual account ($99). Can someone please explain why? We have been using the software for 2 of us for several months and now my colleague is blocked.

Also, to clarify our offerings: The $179/yr subscription for MindManager Professional is per user and includes access to MindManager Windows, MindManager Mac, and MindManager Web. The $99/yr subscription for MindManager Essentials is per user and includes access to MindManager Web only.

Each user needs to have their own subscription.

So this means that each team member needs a $179 Mindmanager Pro for Individuals and Teams. We would pay $716 annually if we have 4 members? This is not the impression given in your advertising.
