Problems with Mindmanager Pro for Individuals and Teams

Difficulty with customer support. Our Pro account ($179) has been changed to an individual account ($99). Can someone please explain why? We have been using the software for 2 of us for several months and now my colleague is blocked.

I'm sorry to hear you had difficulty with our customer support team, but they are best equipped to help with this matter. I suggest you contact them again and I will send the team a quick note advising you need further assistance.

Also, to clarify our offerings: The $179/yr subscription for MindManager Professional is per user and includes access to MindManager Windows, MindManager Mac, and MindManager Web. The $99/yr subscription for MindManager Essentials is per user and includes access to MindManager Web only.

Each user needs to have their own subscription.

So this means that each team member needs a $179 Mindmanager Pro for Individuals and Teams. We would pay $716 annually if we have 4 members? This is not the impression given in your advertising.
