MindManager HTML file saved to Teams don't open

I've created working HTML files exported from MindManager. That is, in File Explorer I can right click, select a browser and the file opens and displays.
I uploaded the HTML files to Teams and when I click on the saved file I get a timer spinning.
I download the file from Teams to a directory and it opens just fine.
What is Teams doing to the file that prevents it from opening?
I have the same problem - I'm trying to open the html file as a website (with the url in a teams/sharepoint folder) and the hourglass spins and nothing happens :(

I'm having the same problem. it will open when I save it on out old locally installed SharePoint 2013 Server. however when I install in on SharePoint on line it just goes round and round and round.
