HTML export not entirely searchable - notes?

After exporting a map to HTML5 I'd hoped it would be searchable. However, only the topics seem to be fully searchable, and not the exported Notes?
Or, sometimes certain things within Notes are found in a search, but other items I know are in there return 0 results.
Is there a setting I'm missing, or a special format required to make the entire html export searchable?

Search should work for notes and topics. Maybe you are using an older version? You can check the version of the HTML5 export you are using by pressing CTRL + M while viewing the HTML5 file. The current version is 22.2.330.
