Feature request: stop ribbon auto-hiding on Mac

I would like to recommend the toolbar / ribbon stops auto-hiding on the Mac version when the window is full-screen/maximised.
It's really frustrating and such a strange quirk, I've never seen before with any other software.
I like this idea
In the Windows version this is a setting that you change via toggle in the ribbon.
Right-click and select miNimize ribbon.
I assume MAC version has a similar easy to find solution.
If NOT... MindManager developers should create this
