MindManager Russian has been retired as of MindManager 22.2 and later. You will need to use an earlier version of MindManager 22 or previous versions to use MindManager in Russian but there will be no further updates.

If your version supports the language you want, you can set it via:
File=> Options => general => dropdownbox to select a different language
=>Close mindmanager => Open it again and it is now working in the selected language
