If your organization allows 3rd party applications you can click on "Apps" and search for MindManager to add it to a team. If your organization is more restrictive, then your Microsoft 365 admin will need to first approve and enable the app before you'll be able to find it in the apps list.
A Microsoft 365 admin can also install it as a custom application, for instructions on that method see: https://download.mindjet.com/help/MindManager_Teams_App_Admin_Installation_EN.pdf
