Users are reporting issues when selecting Forgotten Password.

Users have not received an email allowing them to change their password.

Hello Emma,

I just checked and there are no issues with the Forgot Password emails being sent from our end. It's likely the emails are caught in your email filters or spam folders.

I spoke to our Technical Support Team, and they will open a case and contact you shortly to further troubleshoot.
