License transfer

Hello

we purchased a license a few month ago for one of our users.

This person has left the company and we'd like to transfer the license to someone else

Unfortunately, the old computer where the license was activated has been completely wiped, and today, the new user encounters this error message saying the number of maximum installations is exceeded for this license

could you please help us release the license for the new user

please not the previous machine where it was activated is not reachable

The fastest way is to go to Sales / license Support via the mindmager website.
