MM Mac: How do you do a one-to-many relationship in a concept map?

Hi There,
I'm trying to create a one-to-many relationship in a concept map, like that shown in the attached image from MindManager's site. However, I can't figure out how to have one callout branch out to multiple concepts. Mine end up looking like the second picture with one callout per concept.
I'd appreciate some guidance.

You have to use free form map from blank Templates and add multiple relationship from one floating topic to map other floating topics.
