Issue with co-edit from Box

Since today,

my colleagues and I are unable to open our co-edit mindmap saved on Box.com. We've been using it for more than 9 months with no issue.

We've had recent IT network changes, could the problem be related to firewall, or other?

Hello Anthony,

The error message indicates there is possible file corruption. Please open a case with MindManager Technical Support and attach a copy of the map and our technicians will check if it can be repaired.

You can also check in Box if you have previous versions of the file and restore the version.

Hi,


I doubt that this is the problem as I checked all our other mindmanager files in co-edit mode and none of them work anymore. We now get the following error message.

I'm sorry to hear you are still experiencing issues. If your IT Team made changes recently, then yes, it could be a firewall or related technical issue.
