The publishing function seems to Publish thru a Mind Manager Server. I can't send maps out of house. How would I Publish internally onto an Intranet site or SharePoint site?
Or, is Publish not the correct function for an internal MAP.

Other than Publishing your map thru MindManager Servers, you can also export your map to a local HTML5 file, which creates the same output.
Another option is the MindManager Reader for SharePoint Application, available to MindManager Enterprise customers. The App converts MindManager Maps stored in SharePoint document libraries to HTML5 format on the fly.
