licence portal registration

hello,
in my license document I cannot fin a link into the license portal. I am new to to the cloud version and help says that the link is part of the licence .pdf.
the reason is that actiivating my actual version o Mac fails: the licence is used with too much computers. this is wrong as recently used only one win11 uns one mac.
may be no longer used computers are still activated and have to be removed.

There is no license portal for single-license holders. You simply enter the license key in the application and/or sign in if you have already registered.
