Alerts don't show at assigned date and time

I'm using MM 2020 and trying out the alert pop-up function with no success.

I also get a notice stating that my internet connection is not working. I'm sure it is.

Any suggestions how I can the alert pop-up function to operate?

As far as I know the Topic Alerts function uses your MS WIndows OS to give the alert.
There should be no internet connection needed.

Ofcourse It may be the software functionality has changed, but I don't know why.

So I suggest you do a repair of MindManager software via the windows control settings / apps/MM2020/change/repair

If you press Ctrl+Alt+Del and select the task manager, you should see a background process called "MindManager Topic Alerts" showing in the Process tab. If you right-click on it and click "Go to details" it should show Running status. If this is not working then a repair of the installation as Ary suggests may help.

As Nick and Ary suggested, you want to look for 'MindManager Topic Alerts' or a process named "MmReminderService.exe". If repairing MindManager does not resolve the issue, open a case Technical Support here -
