Not getting full functionality on "Essentials" (web) version

Hi,

I just bought the assess to the Essentials version and open a file on my mac. The mindmap is created with mindmanager 2016.

It opens fine but I'm not allowed to hide subtopics or to show topics that has been hidden.

Please advise.

Hi Morten,

Can you post some screenshots of what you are blocked from doing? It would help me understand the issue better.

Hi Sia,

Hope til will help you - basically I'm not allowed to fold or unfold a branch in the mindmap.

Hi Sia,

I send you a mmap file that has the same problem. Can you se what under the branch "49" because I can't.

Hi Morten,

Not sure what was causing that, it seems there may have been some issue with your map. I'm going to privately send you the fixed version to try.
