Map Linking

I attached files on to one map from a shared google drive. Everytime someone opens that link it saves differently and our team ends up with various maps that we are not collaborating on.

Hello Brianna,

A few things to check -

  1. Ensure you and your colleagues have a full MindManager Subscription license. A MindManager Subscription is required to co-edit or collaborate on files.
  2. To collaborate on maps, they must be stored in Cloud Storage (Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Box, Dropbox).
  3. Open the Map stored in Cloud Storage by navigating to the file through the Places dialogue using MindManager Windows, Mac or Web.

Hi Marian!

Thank you for this and your quick reply. In the google drive shared it updates, but when I like in to one map so others can view it does not update to the updated version on the google drive.

Does this make sense?

It may be simpler if somene in customer service can reach out personally.

Capture 1 does not update to the newly updated and saved to google drive map in capture 2.
