Adding files to sharepoint

Hi,
I have a problem where if a user tries to save a MindJet MindManager 2019 file to SharePoint the users account is being instantly locked out.
If our IT team unlock account it will continue to instantly get locked again until the user force stop the operation.
Has anyone experienced this issues or know of a potential resolution?

This is a first. We have not received any reports of the SharePoint integration causing accounts to get locked out when authenticating the connection.
As MindManager 2019 is no longer a supported product, I suggest you trial MindManager 22 and check if the issue is repeatable. If you see this issue in MindManager 22, please open a case with our support team here - MindManager Support

I think you can try to follow storage integrations can be configured to support Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Microsoft Azure cloud storage regardless of the cloud provider that hosts your Snowflake account. I used google analytics to snowflake in my IT project and its give me many benefits.
