Version 2022 keeps crashing when I start

Hello, I´ve never had problems in almost 10 years.
Mindmanager is not opening, it crashes soon after a start it.
I´ve repaired, uninstalled e reinstalled.
It opes and closes in seconds.
I am worried for I use it all day.
version: 22.1.234.0
Can You please help ?

do you logged in with an valid user-id?
MindManager 22 closes if you haven't a payed user-id or your test-id is expired
