Problem with sharing / co editing

Hello,


I am doing a test and when I share a link to the map with condition enabled, the recipient can only read, not co edit.

How to solve ?


I use the web app and the teams one however the person I am sharing with is not part of our company.

Hello Antoine,

Two things to check -

  1. Ensure you have granted edit access to the file in Cloud Storage (OneDrive, SharePoint, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive).
  2. Ensure the other person has a co-editing license or active MindManager Trial.

do work together in the same map every user needs a full MindManager license or a trial version
