Can I export (to Excel or Word) only those topics with a specific tag?
Can I export to Excel or Word only those topics with a specific tag across multiple linked maps? (eg export all topics tagged 'lessons learned' across linked maps).

Yes this is possible for Word export. Use the filter to show only the topics with the desired tags, then choose the "Filtered" option in the Word export menu and your exported file will only contain those topics.
