App keeps working in trial mode after entering license code

Hello,
App MindManager.
Yesterday I purchased a license and entered it, but the application is still in trial mode and this for one month.
How can I make it work on the license mode?
In the accounts details I see under products....
- Trail until 5/14/22
- Essentials until 4/19/22

When I open your attached screen image I read Essentials untils 4/19/23.
I think you are good with that date.
The trial should disappear after some time.

MindManager Essentials allows for use of the Web Client only. From the screenshot, it appears you are entering your MindManager Essentials license in MindManager for Windows. In order to use our desktop apps for Windows and Mac, you will need to purchase a MindManager Professional Annual Plan.
