Link shortening for published maps

The URLs to maps published on the MindManager server would be easier to use if they were shortened and cached.

Customisable link names would be a bonus.

I us bit.ly but a integrated shortener would be perfect

Yes, but the commercial link shorteners require a subscription to modify URLs, and they are not cheap. If we had customisable link names directly on the MM publishing server, then we could publish a new map at the same link, which would be very helpful. Currently, if you unpublish a map, there is no way to recreate the same link unless you have a paid subscription to bit.ly, cut.ly, tinyurl or similar.
