Creating a map in 3D similar to MM logo/packaging?

Dear all,
We would be very interested in creating an interactive map with a design similar to what MM uses on his box (in case you buy a physical copy of MM licence), see image attached.
So far, I didn't come across the option to freely arrange items in a way that the final results depicts the marketing image that you find attached.
Anyone aware whether the latest MM version does support creation of such a map?

This is not possible in the current versions of MM.
I could see some benefit in presenting a CONCEPT map that is dynamically presented to an audience.
For normal use no need for this.
