Mindmanager go has crashed, i tried everything, i mean: 1. Uninstall & reinstall; 2. clean cache and it doesn't work.. is is there any solution?

The SNAP functionality causes the crash.
Once restarted I can open and view files.
The second I try to use SNAP the app Blocks and freezes.
