Error opening file from QNAP NAS in MindManager 25 for Mac

Hi everyone,
I’m running MindManager 25 on macOS with a clean install. I can open a specific map file without any problems when it’s stored on my local SSD. However, when I copy the same file to my QNAP NAS and try to open it from there, MindManager shows an error.

Has anyone experienced issues opening files from a NAS on macOS, or are there specific permissions, network, or compatibility settings I should check?
