Periodic sign in

Every now and then MindManager reverts back to a compulsory sign in page. According to MindManager support this should happen when MM is not used for a while. This is not the case though - I've had a compulsory sign in request the day after I used MM. This behaviour creates more issues: (i) the password reset mail does not come through despite fixing firewall settings and whitelisting the MM email, (ii) support usually comes back quickly but it did happen that support is on leave and I am left hanging, (iii) I waste my own, and MM support's time in logging a password reset request. Hence the question: does the reason for this compulsory reset justify the issues it cause? It cannot be for improved security or licensing protection since only I can access my computer. Once MM is installed on my computer I should be able to access it as often or not as I need. My idea is therefore that this compulsory sign in be deleted and removed.

Since I never had the issues you mention, it may well be something that comes from your installation process, or something about the internet regulations in your country.

Anyway. I,like the fact that only MindManager users with a proper license have access.
So no change needed for me.
